@Alda I don't follow anyone from that instance and am okay okay with blocking it. the situation does present an odd problem wrt blocking an entire instance for the actions of its admin, but I think setting the terms under which witches wish to federate is important. perhaps a link to a document containing the specific rationale/examples for not federating with certain instances could be provided on the extended information portion of our intro page.
