@radicalgraffiti @usercount @nolan that bot probably does outlier filtering, i remember talking to one of the other bot maintainers who said they did that
in this case, i talked to kinrar and he said there was an instance on the list lying about their statistics, the next time usercount runs it should have a more reasonable number
