i wish there were more chances for proprioceptive manouvering in elite dangerous -- theres stations, which you cant fight at, and asteroid belts
but im very good at using space cover when i can pick my battles -- the CQC arena mode not so much
because, after decades of playing descent 2, i just sorta know where i am and the rest of the things around me
this is also why i can do combat way better in an anaconda than say a viper, at least with fixed weapons -- i know where i am and where i need to throw the weight of the ship, which can actually get me lined up faster
