I spent the day reviewing applications for co-op students to pick which ones to interview.

It sucked. I missed coding. But being willing to do it means I can try to make sure we hire fairly.

It hurt. I couldn't interview everyone who I thought could do a terrific job, I had to filter people for bullshit reasons.
