@kai yeah, my main gripe for how cars do it is that they often don't directly control volume and just work when the unit's turned on.
@kai i manage to make do with an old(ish) handed-down kenwood, works nicely for my purposes.
@mallaidh heh, my accord gradually fades up the volume when you turn it on, giving you a chance to "catch" it 😋
but since I'm a musician, at home I use a hardware mixer instead of an av receiver 🤓
