I legit just do not, do NOT like video games anymore and that's really strange to me. The mix of toxic culture and mediocrity in the majority of titles finally just drove me away from the whole thing. This shit ain't fun to deal with like this. Also I think I'm starting to feel the same way about ttrpgs? That one is more of a matter of just feeling like I've gotten all I wanted out of the game, at least I think x_x idk all this stuff is still hard to understand so far.

@ambyrb I mean, I understand this. Fandumb often makes whole works or media seem unappealing. I guess you just have to figure out for yourself what it is you want out of a particular media form, especially as you move to a more "post-conventional fandom" stage of appreciating media. Figuring out what the "highlight reel" is is also important lest you find yourself wading through a bunch of garbage media.
