@patience a problem I've had with therapists :/ I once went to a shrink who was so taken with the level of my education that we spent sessions just talking about topics in medicine and it was all a big waste of time
@kara_dreamer this was more my fault. she's been a good therapist over the past couple of years. it's just where my headspace was today, so this is mostly on me
@kara_dreamer i think it's more a sign that i have made a lot of substantial progress with my cptsd clusters, because the first two years were hard, the first of those was downright brutal
