Does anyone have advice/charms/anything to help deal with small periods of bad memory/amnesia?
My memory always gets really bad around stressful situations and I'd like to manage it right now until the situation is clear.
@Filene I feel like journalling works best for me, I used to do a type of journalling from "Night in the Woods" where you try to draw images as much as possible, and that helps ground my thoughts, as long as I remember to write a date by each one.
Meditation is tricky for me to keep up regularly, but I'm happy that it's working for you! Especially if you've managed to keep it up daily, that's cool.
