I do not believe that a low number of edits automatically makes someone bad for a position of responsibility in #OpenStreetMap, or #OSMF.
There *are* many ways to contribute.
@webmind oh totally. It doesn't *automatically* disqualify someone, but they better be really, really strong in other areas.
Just looking at changeset count is too simplistic.
I agree. And, diversity of skills is important, too - within the OSMF board, and the OSM ecosystem.
@ebel experience with #osm would make a lot of sense though
