I think a service where you send a rough draft of what you're working on to a team of people from marginalized communities and are like "Yo is this racist/sexist/etc in a way I totally didn't anticipate" and then you pay a fee to get, like, feedback in a non judgmental way. I'm pretty sure something like this exists but something like it for independent creators would be pretty valuable. Maybe.
@hellojed people talk about that a lot on Twitter actually! it's called sensitivity reading (: people either offer it with a list of what they're able to read for, or authors/creators request that anybody who experiences the marginalization in question to get in touch. Less a 'service' though, more of an individual basis.
