Everything's changing at work and people are leaving and it's super stressful and I do not want it. But, I can't freeze time and stop people living their lives just because I like where I am right now and also crave stability. Or can I.....

@Sasha Sometimes embracing it isn't the point and might not even be possible. Right now, I'm just working on acceptance. Most of the changes are at least partly bad, I can try to focus on the good but some things are going to be worse.
But it's happening no matter how I feel about it so I just need to remember that it's not the first time the rug's been pulled out from under me, and it's also not going to be the *worst* time by a long shot. I'll adjust once it happens like I have before.
