It's like. I avoid going on tulpa forums cause I always worry that I'm going to come out thinking I'm fake, or doing something wrong, or something. But it's usually the opposite, I usually find out that I'm just as I'm supposed to be and there are others that are in the same spot as I am.
I just lack certain skills, just like Aisling lacks certain skills, and it just take practice and learning, and how am I gonna learn if I refuse to read shit. Anxiety is annoying.
system stuff? Afficher plus
cool!
I think about using a different term sometimes, maybe just calling myself a systemmate, or something, but idk, tulpa is the term we started with and I still kind of like it.
I think I prefer to think of myself as awakaned rather than created, but it was like a concious decision of Aisling to start that process, and I guess we think of tulpamancy as the series of techniques for that process.
Of course, we know these practices are different from the original concept of tulpas of Buddhist mysticism, but it just feels like good shorthand.
@blytheSpirit @mona @kel "awakened" rather unexpectedly, is the thing. In a sense xe's the accidental child of a relationship [with a fellow dragonkin, now gone from our life] who grew fast and became our dominant personality pre-trans-awakening. @mona was a bit more deliberate in her origin though there's glimmerings of a sort of dreamlike semi-existence before that
