The other day, I was listening to music and walking home and some alert sound I didn't recognize went off. So I asked Siri, "What was that last notificaion?" and it was like, "You have 9 notifications from Amarow and 1 notification from $OTHER_APP. Would you like me to read them?" And I was like, "Uh. Sure?" And then it read all my Mastodon notifications and it is ✨hilarious✨ hearing Siri read y'all's display names. Especially in quick succession. I highly recommend the experience. I've got the British Dude Voice™ set for Siri, so that might be part of it.

@benhamill suggestion for improvement: siri now has emotions and gets utterly fed up by hearing our nonsense usernames/requests for information
@jasminehenry Yeah. If Siri's emotional range was limited to the neighborhood of resigned frustration, that would be somewhat delightful.
