Why are frog noises 'ribbit' in English? I have yet to hear a frog actually say ribbit
@vincentsautter Apparently it's a very specific type of frog that lives in the area around Hollywood, meaning that a ton of the frog noises captured in film/used in soundboards were that. It was a major wtf moment when I read that
