Seasonal Affective Disorder is horrible, even when taking Vitamin D and using a sunlamp.
Yesterday was all blue skies. I had a good mood, walked around a lot, and felt energetic.
Today it's rainy, overcast, and cold. I feel down. I feel guilty about not getting stuff done. I feel stuck and like nothing will change.
And yet I know it will change, and I did feel more hopeful yesterday. Might have to start my mood diary again to remind myself that this too will pass.
