@thatdelphox I know it's a weird thing to want to do but it's hard for me to find pathways to connect to massive old gods with ancient traditions I barely understand

Plenty of practitioners don't believe those either. It can take a lot of searching to find what resonates for you, but at the end of the day it's a very personal thing. Your practice and beliefs aren't gonna 100% match other ppl. Even ppl in a system can hold different beliefs that still work together
