It's heavenly on a hot day.
You can, yes. It's deepest by the diving board, around 20 feet or so, but the majority of is is closer to 12-18 feet. It's a natural bottom and does have small fish, crawfish, and a protected salamander.
The springs are fun to swim around as they are quite powerful.
