@agaric Mushrooms are generally pretty mild, as far as psychedelics go. People sometimes eat a fistful of them and that's when it gets iffy.

@Zero_Democracy i feel like ive had more overwhelming mushroom trips than LSD trips (tho ive only taken a tab or less, and maybe an eighth or so of mushrooms)
Had a really Bad Time on my last mushroom trip so I'm hesitant now

@agaric *IF* (and that's a big "if") you can get real, high-quality LSD, a reasonable dose of that is probably going to be smoother and easier to control. (People tend to take way more acid than they should, too.)

@Zero_Democracy oooof mescaline sounds rough. yeah i think I've gotten lucky with my lsd experiences... got a tab from someone who got it from the darkweb that was really high quality i think.. other trip it was maybe not as good, but definitely real acid.
