@SoniEx2 I find it helps to get a few key bullet points for what I want to talk about squared away and readily accessible any time I prepare to talk on the phone; if I have something concrete written in advance, it's a lot easier for me to think of a dialogue tree of how the convo can progress and ad-lib from there.
That's just for phone convos though and I'm still super bad any time I have to go off-script IRL. :T

@SoniEx2 Still struggle with that myself, sadly. :< Best advice I can give is to give what someone says a sec to marinate and try to push away that pressure to put out a response right away. I feel like that makes what I do say a bit more...authentic, I guess, and not as forced?
Hopefully anything I'm saying is helpful.
@SoniEx2 Text I worry about less and don't have a formal process for, though this is mostly in stuff like forum posts and e-mails where people don't usually expect a response right away and I have a lot more time to think through what I want to say and make sure it "comes out" right, if that makes sense.
