Well it's been voted. Net Neutrality has been revoked.
@Nocta Apparemment il y a déjà des mesures mises en place pour prévenir ça
@Nocta Et apparemment le FCC doit d'abord passé par le congrès pour faire valider son vote.
@Nocta "There’s still ways. Congress can pass laws that supercede this. In fact, a congressman from NY already has put one forward.
I honestly came to terms with the fact that we weren’t going to be able to stop them here a while ago. Trump is an autocrat, so there’s no reason to think anyone he hired would ACTUALLY care what the people think. But since Net Neutrality is popular among all political alignments, I think the bill has a chance in Congress. “
@Nocta “There are options in the courts too. If they can prove that the claims they made to justify reversing the title 2 classification were untrue (they are) and the decision was based on politics (it was) than it could be considered capricious, and federal law prohibits federal agencies from “crafting arbitrary and capricious regulations.”
@Ordalia Je vois... :/
Merci pour l'info !
@Ordalia Quel genre de mesures ?
