@Lapis I’ve never figured it out either. The closest I’ve come is to listen to audiobooks, but that has its own pitfalls. It's easy for me to tune out and think about something else, especially if I’m knitting or something at the same time.
Maybe if you were to read out loud instead of silently? I think I read something recently about it helping with processing what you’re reading. And it certainly slows me down.
