I dunno, maybe you're right. But each server has different local timelines etc, you don't think that will adjust the effect a little bit?
@maloki @Concerned_Catgirl it feels like this would only be a detriment if you're interested in being noticed by everyone. Personally I am more into finding and talking with people I find interesting, and those who are overwhelmingly popular won't have the time to respond to me anyway so I would actually find it boring to follow them.
@Concerned_Catgirl Have you turned off seeing likes and boosts in your notiications? Cus that's how I felt when I had forgotten I had turned it off. @polychrome
@maloki @polychrome the memes get boosted and liked but anything meaningful or that I've put effort into has a hard time picking up any attention at all
