I'm always unreasonably excited (and a bit anxious) when I submit patches to other peoples' open source projects.

I need to hold on to that feeling and remember it, and be nice to people who contribute to mine.

poll: how many unikernels did you deploy from airports/trains/boats/bicycle/horseback this year? do you expect that number to change in 2018?

@Kensan So it's not just you - the unikernel crashes with some solo5 info on the console, but I haven't been able to reproduce it locally and my debug skills aren't really up to snuff for recovering the relevant info from the reported crash. I need to take some time to look into it properly, but I'll be traveling for the next couple of days, which is annoying :(

merry christmas

we got you these route leaks. hope you like them

@Kensan @reynir I recommend that you imagine the content you wish to see in as great of detail as possible. Remember to use train gifs and source code snippets! If you get stuck, ask a nearby child for inspiration.

(I can't do anything about this right now, will futz with from airport)

@Kensan @talex5 Should be back up now, with upgraded TLS (yay!). If I can reach it, you should be able to :P

doop doop doop, uploading a big file over a bad 4G link when it's snowing, doop doop doop

Generated a new cert for somerandomidiot.com/ with github.com/yomimono/ocaml-cert juuuuuuuuuust slightly past the expiration date of the old one, but at least before anyone noticed :)

There's also a roundup blog post at somerandomidiot.com/blog/2017/ , just in case you hunger for more .

@hannesm I got excited to deploy somerandomidiot.com with the new tls/x509/nocrypto, but ran into this shim incompatibility you mentioned earlier :( still very happy to see it, and eager to use it once the kinks are worked out!

already christmas? all my libraries are working now with #OCaml 4.06.0 (which enforces immutable strings), tls.0.9.0 just got merged "Package tls.0.9.0 by hannesm · Pull Request #11104 · ocaml/opam-repository"
github.com/ocaml/opam-reposito

this also means we're float-free now (time used to be a float, now Ptime.t) and have CRL support \o/

now I can focus on new libraries again, happy holidays :)
