@Kensan IIRC in that iteration we never really did get meaningful coverage of the actual but we wanted to test, because there were a lot of layers of network stuff that all needed the right magic numbers. In the current dhcp tests we can pass data right to the correct library and fake out the one magic number (xid) so it's a lot easier to get to the bit we care about.
