hot shower always helps me when that happens. and hot tea. hot rice pack on the neck. just heat in general helps my muscles in that kinda situation? Idk if would help you but definitely would recommend the hot shower/bath above all.

@victim_of_changes That's okay re: the erroneous boost, more replies always welcome! I don't think I can manage a shower but I *do* have a microwavable wheat pillow thing, which sounds like the same thing as the rice pack, so I'm just gonna go nuke that now. :) Thank you, this is a great idea!
