Im not at the place where the deer is anymore but the other person who was with me when i found it just told me someone is on their way to save it!! I don't know who is doing it or how they're gonna do it but apparently its happening!

We ended up calling animal control and there was nothing they could do, but they didn't kill it, which is good if it can find away to get away. I feel really bad just giving up though

just found a baby deer stranded beneath a cliff by water with big waves that might push it against cliff soon with no way to get away. we called nature center and explained the situation more, they said they cant help with it and we would need to call police/animal control to help. They said that since its a fawn, animal control wont shoot it and will try to rescue it, but im not sure how much I trust that. Any chance anyone has experience with stuff like this?
