I don't really feel comfortable in queer spaces most of the time. A lot of mixed spaces are outright wary of male-identified masculine people, a lot of white gay male spaces are urban and elitist (I am neither), and even more tolerant gay spaces sometimes glance askew at the idea of a bisexual (with a primary relationship with an opposite-sex person) in their space.
Only in the kink community did I get no-questions-asked acceptance and affirmation of my identity. (1/2) >
