When you think about it, Retirement is a fucked up thing that we romanticize. Because deep down we all know that we are only valued for our ability to work, we know that one day we will grow too old and tired to keep working and when we do we will be disposable under capitalism and lose access to the means of survival

So we all are expected to save up massive amounts of money over the course of our whole life to be able to live off just that for the rest of our days.

so... LG's camera app reverts to autofocus when the phone locks up. and the phone does lock up, as northern lights photography is pretty much long waits in cold followed by quickly composing and taking a lot of shots... repeat.
