like this morning, my alarm went off, so i got up to turn it off, then suddenly i couldn't move and my ears got filled with that sound emergency alerts make at the beginning and then some voice was yelling something. Then, suddenly it ended, and i looked at my phone that i had just picked up to turn the alarm off and realized I had 30 minutes until the alarm would go off (meaning i also hallucinated the alarm going off at all)
