I share my phone with someone and it'd be cool if we could each have a separate twidere each with our Twitter and mastodon accounts. We could have all 4 in one, but it would feel very messy.

Since twidere is open source. Would it be possible to compile a copy of it to run parallel to the store one?

I hadn't listened to the newest Florence and the Machine album until now and I'm into it!

@patience people may support you for your work you do elsewhere, not only stuff you post on patreon

A reminder about free/open source software for new ppl:

Twitter is a big corporation that has many programmers, designers, user support ppl, etc. Mastodon doesn't.

We just have average people doing this on the side, often in their underpants at 2 a.m., on a volunteer basis/for donations. It's up to US to help improve Mastodon.

To help out:

cybrespace is now freely open to register for one full day! feel free to spread it around on your other social networks as well, glitching day is for everyone!

@morganastra I remember you had like a cool twidere skin, but I can't find how to make mine look like it, I just have black and white

For months I've been writing down my dreams and almost all of them seem to involve my family in some capacity. And I just would really like to dream about other people, you know?

@blytheSpirit we'll need to figure out how we can both use twidere if I'm gonna b on here too though D:

@morganastra I just been on Twitter for so long, gotten used to following and being followed by so many people. It's hard to start over again.

I think another wave of people is flocking to mastodon from Twitter (lol flocking cause birds). Maybe I'll give using this another try.

question for german speaking people about english. or non-native english speakers.

do u generally use an oxford comma when writing english?

for example: would u write,
'Secure, open and friendly' or
'Secure, open, and friendly?'

I made a mastodon account for my doggy, named Kitty, since I found out that kitty.town became public, and it felt so right. this is her --> @kitty_the_dog !! witches.town/media/xzb6Vc84G7i

I like to think I'd be friends with ghosts if I could, but then, whenever I think I see something I get freaked out and avoid messing with it anymore.

I'm like:
"I think it'd be fun to meet a ghost"
*sees something on the edge of sleep*
*smoke cleanses room and draws protective sigils on all windows and doors*

but then, this is also how I approach relationships with corporeal beings. So I guess at least I'm consistent.
