for clarification: I'm not asking for these features to go through the issues page and fucking figure out if they exist.
I'm saying there are 5 things more important than follow recommendations I can think of in less than 2 minutes

new idea: instead of follow recs, make the following page show mutuals clearly.
make word count an instance settable option, not a hacky implementation
make the UI for column drop down options about notifs and stuff more compact
take another look at the boost bug, or at least temporarily remove the ability to un-boost bc it doesn't do anything

The whole site they set up is just a scam to force people into signing up for their "identity protection service." You get a year free but you better believe they'll start charging you for it after that, and the opt-out process is never easy.

Don't buy into it. Just keep an eye on your credit report and credit/bank account statements.

Friends! a lot of new Irma-oriented HOT OSM mapping tasks are up! Go map! It's cool if you've never done it before, there are instructions.

The key focus of most of these projects is just mapping residential roads and buildings so disaster responders can navigate and know what things *should* be on the ground (after a hurricane you might not be able to tell if a building used to be somewhere or not)
