This shitty fake fall has been messing with my skin, so I decided to go temporarily clean-shaven. Skin already feels a bit better, but I hate how my face looks without a beard.

Oh, and instead of "dominating" enemies to bring them to you side, you have to *spare* them. Some will accept and join you. Others will refuse and fight back or run away! You can't know which one a given enemy will do, you just have to take the risk or else kill them and forever lose the chance to recruit that character.

Hire a culturally-sensitive writer and some anthropology consultants to invent plausible cultures within Harad as well as an indigenous form of magic to replace the wraith powers that Talabrimbor had.

And then throw in a final act twist where King Elessar of Gondor invades and you have to find a way to tell him to fuck off because you've got things handled already.

Middle-Earth game I want to play: Shadow of Harad.

Basically the same game, mechanically and structurally, as the other two, but here you play as a woman of Harad fighting to free her people from the power-hungry warlords who allied with Sauron and used his sorcery and orcs to help enslave the rest of the Haradrim.

@tipsytentacle I can't decide if "watashi waiting" is clever or terrible. It's kind of... Both at once, I guess? A clever way to be terrible?

@theoutrider And it's even more amazing that they seem to be doubling down on that with TNC. Not only making the leader of the US resistance a black woman but also having scenes where e.g. KKK members are depicted like giddy schoolboys when they meet Nazi soldiers.

@theoutrider Right? Like, I avoided The New Order until just recently. I went in expecting just an ordinary "rah, rah fuck the Nazis" type of game, which would have been enough for me at this moment in history...

What I did not expect was the resistance leader to be a middle-aged disabled woman who basically tells Blaskowicz to fuck off when he says that he feels sorry that she can't use her legs any more. Or Literal Jimi Hendrix calling out the fact that white folks in the US weren't much better than the Nazis.

@Gargron Yeah, I found his takedowns of CinemaSins and then noticed that he has a ton of similar takedowns on alt-righters. Very nice.

@dragonluvr89 Yeah, it's weird. I know that for a lot of people this would lead to like a "fuck you I got mine ideology", but in my case it's more of a "holy shit, why doesn't everybody have it this good?" kind of thing.
