Quick thought: #actuallyautistic is a thing here (hi! undiagnosed despite my best efforts, still quite obviously on the spectrum), but #actuallyadhd and #adhd don't seem to be. Where are the ADHD folks on Mastodon? I'm recently diagnosed and still in the "Whoa, this explains *everything*" stage.
