People comfort themselves by thinking "we removed this specific person who committed these crimes so these crimes are done with" to the point of allowing themselves to ignore the aspect of "we need to change the parts of society that allowed this monster to operate for so long in the first place before it creates another one."
I'm glad to see Nassar get dealt some manner of justice but I feel like people are treating it like taking down this one guy somehow emblematically solves sexual assault

I loved Cloverfield and 10CL but I worry they'll become more concerned with the escalating gimmick surrounding the announcements than the movies themselves.
It's cruel to put both Jeff Golblum and Toby Jones in a movie I'm probably not going to see.
