Oh heck, I didn't know Netflix was getting the FMA live-action movie, let alone that it's dropping in three days.

Knocked out or at least made progress on the better part of the to-do list but most amazingly I'm actually going to make myself go to sleep before 4 AM.

Work has been going to hell more than usual lately enough on its own, but the Barnes & Noble thing today really strengthens my resolve to get the fuck out of retail.

Threw on The Ritual while I'm trying to finish this piece because some people whose opinions I trust liked it and otherwise went in kind of blind. Solid, by-the-numbers horror flick bolstered by some cool set pieces and a gorgeous folklore-inspired monster design. Not my highest recommendation but definitely didn't disappoint.

Couldn't figure out where I knew the lead from but looking it up now he's been in all the Wright/Pegg productions so that's probably it.

Managed to get my blood pressure down to "still bad but low enough that it's within the levels listed on the chart posted on the machine" levels so moving in the right direction, at least.
