@swauger It's always exhaustion with me; I fizzle out trying to create portfolio pieces because they'll take me weeks and I naturally latch onto other stuff. Part of this is just me needing to buckle down, but... It's hard, ha ha.

I definitely will keep making art, though!

This is hard for me to admit, but I don't think I can develop a portfolio while working at my current day job. I've been at it since I started the job, basically, but two years of throwing myself at the wall... Hmm.

Maybe I should just relax and let my art be a hobby -- albeit it a passionate one -- for now.

It's part of why my Twitter's a strain to maintain. I've been trying to keep up a "professional" art account without the resources to make content that fits that designation.

Back to work today -- gonna bite some emails in the ass!!

So many college acquaintances are all doing lingerie photoshoots recently, and I wonder if they're all hiring the same team? The timing is what gets me.

I cooked dinner for my family and we sat down and ate together for the first time in years. I'm sad I'm leaving in the morning, but I'm happy to have spent this time with them.

Flying tomorrow! My family and I have got to hang together outside of this house... There's a few different reasons, but suffice it to say that it'd go better.
