I'm having a bad brain time. My self-worth is tied up too closely to my art output and the attention I get in general, and while recognizing that was a step, I don't know where to start to address it, ha ha.
@swordjaw 😞 It's so hard to find a balance between participating on social media with the intent of sharing and finding art, but also being constantly subjected to vast amounts of creative saturation/energy. It's hard not to feel like your self worth is being challenged in that kind of environment, especially where the audience participation curve is so dramatic.
