yo so I made a thread about this a while back on the birdsite but I feel the need to reiterate the main point:
Part of your organizing, antifascist & otherwise, needs to focus on developing real relationships, trust, & affinity w the people you're working with. Your organizing is just going to waste if y'all don't learn how to take care of and trust each other. I feel like peeps often get too caught up in *doing* stuff & forget about actually building relationships with the people around them
learning to take care of each other can mean a lot of things and it doesn't necessarily need to be anything crazy. Things like spotting each other crash, providing emotional support, and even just hanging out with one another in non-organizational settings goes a helluva long way.
Basically, organize with your friends, don't just build relationships solely on the context of organizing. You'll be able to pull off a lot more shit if you actually know and trust your comrades
