occult.camp is available for like $7.00 a year, so if I can get up some money, I can start there.
I only need like...$15 to get started, because of how DigitalOcean charges things. The rest would just guarantee the site stays up >^<
@indi Woo :3
I'm thinking occult.camp seems to be good. People are liking that one, so ye
@Ulfra_Wolfe @egypturnash Same, but it does make me giggle.
I'm liking occult.camp tbph
@indi What about something like occult.space or occult.camp
@egypturnash Haha sorcerers.business is amazing.
I think occult.camp or occult.space would probably be pretty much whst I'm looking for tbph
@egypturnash Honesly, the mail thing is usually the easiest part for me?
My problem always ends up being that the databases don't read correctly, or the site will launch and then absolutely be unable to federate and it makes me want to stab something

You can help with number 1 here:
KK, so goals for today:
1. Get up like...$50 to cover hosting and domain
2. Figure out a domain name for a masto that focuses on the spirituality of magic without falling back on witches
3. Build/Run the system and get it to not die.
4. ???
5. Talk about witchcraft
I was reading a book at work, and it mentioned cybermagick and it basically sounded like how I think about my brain and it was super neat and interesting

@indi Cos I really like the idea, but I'm trying to figure out how to actually put that into words, if that makes sense
@indi Yeah, I just make words.
I meant specifically, if you wanted to move away from witchy as a signifier, do you think playing up the spirituality aspect would be better, and how to do that and still make it grok with it being more geared towards magic?
I get confusing when I talk, sorry
@indi That's super fair tbh.
What do you think would be a good idea? I'm talking with some people I know about having a queer-safe masto, and we could likely work in both directions, but all the domains I have are witchy haha
@indi Oh totally. Like, I feel like it was mostly aesthetic, and witches came here, and some of us talk about stuff, but I always feel like I'm gonna weird out people if I'm like "HEY SO HOW ABOUT THAT ALISTER CROWLEY GUY AMIRITE" haha
Me: I want to build a masto for queer witches.
Also me: witches.town already exists and I'm broke.
Me, after that: I guess I'll just go back to trying to work on designs
Also me: I CAN'T STOP THINKING ABOUT THIS
DO is also off limits unless someone wants to throw me $20 to my paypal >^<

Seems no, but I think the answered question at least gives a Human Readable file
