Just really...forceful in their assumption that the rules of wicca apply to witchcraft in general, and it's just typically bad feels for me tbh?

@spiderrobotpig *nods* my biggest problem with Wicca is that it's symbolically empty to me, mired in stale assumptions about gender, but its practitioners tried to cram other mythologies into this inadequate framework and pretend they fit fine.

@kara_dreamer Yeah, definitely not a fan of that either, but I have heard some practitioners -trying- to be trans-positive, which is more than I can say for some sects *coughanythinginvolvingdianacough*

@kara_dreamer Yeah, I kinda got that feel? I've been messing with Loki and Salacia, but I've also been kinda lax recently because of spoons.

@spiderrobotpig Loki has been a strong but chaotic influence; I tooted a whole bunch of stuff about Loki that I'm hoping to put online in some other form in a day or two. Hecate has been of great assistance at times. But I've been disorganized and getting reminders about my poor focus :/

Hecate seems interesting? I remember Hestia was hanging around for a bit, but she just kinda left, and then I started talking with Salacia

@spiderrobotpig Damn, I should just do this thing tonight because tomorrow won't be as favorable...hopefully I can supply a link in an hour maybe XD Hestia has been of some interest to me as well, as the most humane of the otherwise somewhat off-putting Greek crowd.

@kara_dreamer Hestia is really nice. She gave me a protection sigil which was neat.

But also she apparently doesn't like cookies? Or she just doesn't like my cookies.
