@spiderrobotpig its like.. im the opposite of dissociating rn. every aspect. that it starts by telling you nothing you do is wrong. and like i wanted to skip a day and not go look at stuff i knew would be the same.. and i felt bad. but then i remembered the beginning. and i was like. ill just check on my Chest and then go back to sleep. this is real life
@spiderrobotpig the first time i got different meditation exhalations i had just lit a smoke and did the exhale with smoke in my lungs. and it said 'you exhale ashes' like... how did it know
