I like being on glitch.social and I'd be fine staying here and interacting with a lewd/kink community but generally I'd love to have an instance to hop to that's focused around what I do.

like, there are lots of little things that make it way easier to do sex work on tumblr than twitter. pinned tweets and being able to queue self-reblogs make keeping your content active rly easy

@spiderrobotpig Probably! The issue is doing it widespread. Decentralized platforms have the issue that you still need widespread support of a feature for it to be useful. Even if I put up a PR for pinned tweets, Gargafuck could go "but that's not useful" and it'd then never make it to the main Mastodon branch and it'd probably just be on like, glitchsoc

As to getting a feature merged, I've already gotten one in, and I think the devs are starting to trust my work, so there's a good chance I could get it mainlined. Because seriously good features, yo.

my requests for an instance would mainly be that proper sourcing is dealt with well, and that the moderators are also sex workers/know the issues well
