Has anyone here ever used RPG campaign management sites/services like Obsidian Portal or City of Brass? What were your experiences?
(Not looking for a personal recommendation; more interested in what it was like for you.)
@BrentNewhall this was a while ago, but at the time I tried, Obsidian Portal's documentation was 100% video. When I asked about support for the hearing-impaired, I was told I could email questions and they'd answer, but they had no plans to provide captions or transcripts for their videos, or instructions in any other format.
