@starkatt really? In usages in familiar with they're interchangeable.
@Jacel There's a bit of overlap but I think of measuring tape as soft/floppy and tape measure as the semi-rigid extending metal thing.
@starkatt Huh. I've only ever heard those used entirely interchangeably. Maybe an American thing, I guess?
