the next time i eat a croissant, i will eat it in french - to practice my skills
@candle ......I am imagining you eating a croissant whilst going, "oui oui hon hon" now that's fun
@steeliestllama my beret is in the mail
@candle @steeliestllama STOP IT YOU TOO or i'm gonna steal your croissants!!
@sempervirenx @candle *in French* 🖕😎
@steeliestllama @candle i try to thought of the translation but it's already incorporated in french so *shurgs*
@steeliestllama @candle oh speaking of middle finger do you do it with your whole arm too? and/or midly censure it buy doing the whole arm thing but not raising the finger?
idk if that's clear...
@sempervirenx not 100% clear no
in England we use the whole arm sometimes, but sometimes we just rotate our hand to give you the finger, or bring our arm up so our hand is close to our chest and in front of us to do it that way
idk if that was helpful?
@candle @steeliestllama my personal fav is the bras d'honneur way
(i found a clearer way to tell it. in France we distinguish the middle finger aka doigt d'honneur and bras d'honneur where we use both arms)
