@sempervirenx Thank you! That is very kind of you and I would definitely do the same for you. Today I did a béchamelle for the first time ever. Looked up the recipe and everything, realised it was much easier than I thought, made the thing, now in oven on quenelle. I have a terrible relationship with food, cooking and feeding myself, so this is huge for me. Now I wish I could have people over so I could COOK THEM A BECHAMELLE BECAUSE I CAN DO THE THING NOW. ("welcome to seaw's, would you like some bread to dip in your béchamelle") It feels good to be Excite after this morning, although I know it won't last.
