@TQ Das Kind einer meiner besten Freundinnen ist noch winzig klein. Trotzdem braucht es nur 'nen zehn minütigen Besuch um meine komplette Wohnung zu verwüsten. Also im Zweifel war es bestimmt das Kind 😂

@distelfliege @TQ Ja, ich bin auch immer mal genervt. Ob jetzt auf einmal alle irgendeine Fernsehshow schauen (looking at Dschungelcamp here), auf ein Event gehen mit dem ich nichts anfange kann, oder irgendeinem neuen Trend folgen. Aber dazu gibt es ja Optionen wie mute. Und ich persönlich finde es auch nicht schlimm Menschen wieder zu entfolgen (oder wenn Menschen mir entfolgen), wenn ich mich nun mal für anderes interessiere als sie. Muss man ja nur nicht so dramatisieren.

So I bough new curtains since I wanted my room to be cooler in the summer. The old ones let basically all the light into the room. New ones don't, so I'm pretty happy.

Last night, I wanted to go to bed. Since it's way darker in my room than I'm used to I actually dramatically miss my bed and instead crash onto the floor.

And now I have bruises reminding me, not to buy new stuff since it will only hurt you 😂

@TQ Die twitter Accounts sind ja nicht zu meinem Entertainment da. Sondern wenn das was Leute posten mich auch noch unterhält ist das doch ein schönes Zusammenkommen. Wenn nicht folge ich halt wem anderes oder ignoriere das Thema, welches mich nicht interessiert. Dieses Meckern ist einfach unnötig.

@TQ Also ich find ja dieses "ich hab das verstanden, deswegen musst du das niemandem mehr erklären" sehr wenig hilfreich. Es gibt immer Menschen für die eine Erklärung noch sinnvoll sein kann oder die einfach noch mehr dazu lesen wollen. Für zu viel Erklärangebote sollte man sich meiner Meinung nach, nie entschuldigen!

@gzt Concerning that last one, I know that can be tough. I'm wishing you good luck. I had some conferences, where I mostly ate all the fruit provided for the coffee breaks. Hopefully you won't have to resort to this :D

@dconley I always use Manic Panic Electric Lizard for my green as it is the best if you want a bright neon green (that glows under black light). Other greens I testet often came out much darker and more muted without any special abilities.

@DarckCrystale Children are awesome like that. I think one of the best parts about having colorful hair is seeing children light up with joy when they see it!

@margaery Taking care of yourself is always as important as going somewhere to protest.

And if you've never been and are afraid you should not go by yourself anyway. Maybe the next time something like this is happening you can ask a friend to go together. And often there are many different types of protests. So just look around and you might find a gathering that a bit away from the main place were you can still make your voice heard without having to getting into unsafe spaces. Look for gatherings that have a lot of families participating.

And again: prioritizing self-care is nothing to be ashamed of!

Just ironed my clothes so they would look nice for the protest this afternoon.
