@InspectorCaracal *embraces the

@InspectorCaracal I have a problem that I wish I could connect it to more than one instance. I don't think I can though, right? Like I would like people to see both this and my scholar.social and I can decide if they're allowed to follow here.
(I was looking at the mastodon-twitter bridge site again and had this thought. People using it might not really get what an instance is, so "your friends are on these instances" is less immediately obvious as a concept than "your friends are in these communities" or something
Update, I found a desktop background. And I have tea. Let's write. https://witches.town/media/H68oGEsUj4q-1m-dzXM
@ruth Choosing wallpaper images is up there with character creation for games in terms of "things that take way more time, effort, and investment than you would expect"
I need to choose a new desktop wallpaper. I feel like this is a primordial labor and one I’ll never be free of. Clearly, feelings are a bit weird.
Y'all I did NOT think I was going to have enough entries to debut another Internet Girlfriend Club this month but I THINK WE'RE GONNA MAKE IT!! DESPERATELY NEED ~ONE MORE~ ENTRY!!!! internetgirlfriend.club/cfp/
ban all video-only documentation
@InspectorCaracal *flails* I have also observed this, I feel less crazy.
Compassion and caring even when you're told you shouldn't is punk.
I don't understand people who think that self-improving artificial intelligence will solve all of humanity's problems. We've already got self-improving natural intelligence and all it does is shitpost and be depressed
@pobocks you're a terrible person.
My reign of comedy terror continues, @ruth :
Devops Lead: Is anyone using proust [a server] for anything these days?
Me: I don’t think I am, but I’ve always been bad at the rememberance of things past…

@schomj oh heckvens. Although I mean some folks have that phase.
The #witches in #Discworld have to spend a lot of time looking after their local community. No one else is going to do it!
That's what we're doing here. Finding the weirdly untagged ways and cleaning them up. Find your area in #OpenStreetMap, and look after it. It's your map.
