My favourite thing in media is when you see a sexy lady and then there's a "shock" reveal that she's got, like, a giant gross monster tongue and fangs and claws and that's supposed to make us think she's *less* attractive.

So recently in discussion, @lindar pitched an idea I really liked. Here it is, with an addition by me, so it's not hidden in threads. Please share and use if you like it.

The idea is that interacting with other folks' selfies can be somewhat fraught because you don't know where their boundaries are. And asking, "Can I compliment your appearance?" sort of short-circuits consent.

So when you post a #selfie, add tags:
• nocom (no comments/compliments)
• okcom (comments/compliments OK)
• rqcom (comments/compliments requested)

Also, if you want to specify the difference, you could replace -com with -flirt and/or use them in combination like [rqcom, noflirt].

I want to be here at work today because I've got interesting meetings, stuff I need to work on, and I'm lucky enough to generally like my job HOWEVER. HOWEVER. We keep getting closing notices for branches which are like 100 or 75 miles away and I'm just like "wibble wibble why can't we close too" I guess I wanna have my cake and nap on a couch with a pup too.
