hey... you can be cute without being a girl. feminity doesn't make you more or less cute. boys can be cute too. fuck gender stereotypes

Switching from my tweetdeck to my masto and literally feeling my blood pressure go down...

also, me: *what if a tabbed app for masto homepages*
cosmic me: ruth that's called a new browser window

Solstice thoughts...

what are you going to do with the darkness in your life?
what are you going to do with the light?
what are you going to make in the coming year?
who are you going to be in the coming year?
how are you going to mix light and darkness which are as natural in our lives as the seasons?
how are you going to ground yourself in a place?
how are you going to reveal newness?
how are you going to accept your eventual death?
how are you going to make light even so?

Remember to cast wards against fascism in the dark of night this solstice folx

@edensaesthetic thank you! I’ll check out digital ocean. I think it may be my holiday break tinker... I have some fun ideas for themeing

@edensaesthetic this is encouraging! I’ve kind of wanted to do the same... How did you go about setting up hosting, though? I have a hostgator acct where I manage Wordpress sites and such but I’m used to setting up MySQL/PHP-based things there

@Sparrow 30s are so goooood!!! But yeah, late 20s is also a great period for finding yourself & shit. I worked full time and did grad school and it was a lot of good, transforming stuff but the trajectory amped up past 30, which has been great

@Sparrow I have a lot more expressed anger in my 30s, but a lot more joy too.
